30years now and no matter how many times i have heard this story its still remains the same no matter how good or bad the presenters is.  So let me try ..... there once lived a married couple of 23 years.  the difference with this couple is that as they grew older they became closer or it atleast appeared to becoming closer.  Well on there 23rd Wedding Anniversary they decided to have a huge event for there loved ones and friends.  In the middle of the event at dinner the husband stands up and screams at the top of his lungs Thats it im fed up.....the whole room including the band playing  was silenced where u can hear a pin drop...the next thing they heard was the husband standing in front of his wife with tears of abundance running down his face and says to her

I am fed up your lazy behind
I am fed up with your not helping clean the house
I am fed up with your physique
I am fed up with you not working for the past year
I am fed up of you telling me what i have to do
I am fed up of always spending my money
I am fed up of you eating all the time
I am fed up with you not cooking

as  the wife was crying , she said please answer this 1 question..Before she could get the question out the husband says he wasnt finished...He  said  I truly dont know how you put up with me this was a poem i wrote at work while thinking about you.  I WROTE  WHAT I THOUGHT YOU WOULD WRITE ABOUT ME. So like the beginning of this story this couple appeared to be  growing closer but they were really just getting stronger...Most people can admit when they are wrong.

Dont Think You Should

I like many enjoyed the show " In Living Color " my personal favorite which is also included in note was damon wayans "homey dont play dat" .  On halloween when i was younger i actually dressed up as Homey the Clown..OMG..lol..When someone attempted to make homey the clown do something he didnt want to do... he would hit them with a sock and say " homey dont play dat " ...As I stand here with a few standards and a taste of living my dream here is what i have  heard

dont think you should put your money into that stock right now
dont think you should leave this job
dont think you should go to another seminar
dont think you should give that much
dont think you should hang with them
dont think you should dress like that
dont think you should be so stubborn
dont think you should bring them on the team
dont think you should work that hard
dont think you should dance like that
dont think you should go to that church
dont think you should do it like that
Dont think you should take this type of talk anymore so I now have STANDARDS.  homey dont play dat..lol..most successful people would rather be hated for who they are than loved for who they are not!!

Crying Inside

I often find myself stepping outside of my own self and really look at LIFE.  I am always curious to know how many people do the same thing and really just pause for a second.  Studies show the average human being has over 60,000 thoughts a day. Alert..Alert..Alert..

crying inside is what i do when i see the homeless person downtown with no home in this cold cold weather
crying inside is what i did when i just met the person who was just diagnosed with throat cancer and NEVER smoked
crying inside is what i say when i heard about the parent who killed there 3 children cause of tough financial times
crying inside is what i feel when i say i will do something at a certain time and that time comes and its not done
crying inside is what i feel for the many that believe success is something that happens overnight
crying inside is something I feel i must stop now so i will begin to write to get these feelings out of me!!

Lately these days theres always light and cameras around my every move as they are filming me for this highly aniticipated documentary about young entrepreneurs.  So I figured to share this now as i see some of the footage that they have already began shooting before you see it when it comes out....Our publicist says some will find offense to what they see but then he said some will see me as human.The huge documentary is not about me at all i am just 1 of many thats in it..I need help but i really didnt mean it....

I have a dream that whereever I lay my head I will never hear the sound of random gunfire.
I have a dream that comes with fire and ambition
I have a dream that 1 day all who desire wealth understand clear that they can have it all if they understand the principles and stand strong next to it.
I have a dream that the dreams of our children today will be supported and not distracted by our many suggestions
I have a dream that our nation continues to give to the world but obviously takes care of every breathe that is here in this nation
I have a dream of constant growth
I have a dream of achievement and abundance
I have a dream there were less poor people and more broke people
I have a dream of better education
I have a dream of more action and less chatter
I have a dream that when we read its because we want to not because we have to
I have a dream of more giving and less keeping
I have a dream that we dont ask for less problems but yet we ask for more skill
I have a dream and it sounded like this..you have to THINK AND GROW RICH and if anyone ever tells you anything different simply tell them to SHUT UP AND JUST DO IT and its tough  yes but dont ever QUIT BEFORE THE BLESSING!

Policies and Procedures

Today let's talk about Policies and Procedures....

I am a part of a company that recently made a major cut from past leaders for the purpose of the viability of the company. A lot of lives were affected and people have so many different mixed feeling on the topic. Why did they, how could they, I glad they did, and wish they wouldn't is swarming everyone minds and confusion is spreading to the people who are mostly unproductive.

My Thoughts...

I feel likes its none of my business. I believe that some people are in certain positions for a reason. Most people can not make decisions that NEED to be made to keep the visions and purpose going. This made me think of the Noah and the Arch Story.

You see GOD is GOD and he had to make the decision of literally wiping out an entire generation. See myself, your friend, you reading this probably could not come to a decision to say, "You know what in order for us to continue ALL must be removed that do not get the message from Noah"

But that is why God is God and why he and only he can and will make a difficult decision like in this story.
I see the policy and procedures of life as just that. There is a policy and when things go out side of this the procedures are as followed.

We live and we learn... and in return we learn how to live.... Rich Before Thirty... OVER AND OUT......
